The Punjab Board of Technical Education (PBTE) offers intermediate in Culinary Arts (ICA), which is designed for students who are primarily interested in the practical aspects of the culinary operation in hotel, restaurant and catering industry. A combination of practical and theoretical subjects provides students with the best possible foundation for their future career.
The 2-Years Intermediate in Culinary Arts (ICA) program will prepare students for entry level roles in the students for entry level roles in the kitchen of any hospitality releated business.
