College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM), Pakistan, proudly hosted a reception to welcome its student delegation upon their return from the prestigious Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2025. The event marked a major milestone in the institution’s continued mission to empower youth and promote Pakistan’s culinary talent on global platforms.
Adding to the prestige of the ceremony, Hon. Mr. Christophe de Contenson, Mayor of Couzan, France, graced the event and personally distributed diplomas and certificates to the returning students. His presence and interaction added international charm to the recognition of COTHM’s rising culinary stars.
The celebration was led by Founder, President, and CEO Gautam M.H.P., who addressed the students and expressed immense pride in their achievements. He stated:
“COTHM will leave no stone unturned to brighten the future of the young generation. Through our actions, we will continue to enlighten the name of Pakistan on global platforms.”


Mayor de Contenson, who is also working on his upcoming book “Building a Bridge Beyond the Border,” appreciated the students’ enthusiasm and COTHM’s global vision. He remarked:
“It is heartening to see such bright, confident, and passionate young chefs representing their country with excellence. COTHM’s commitment to promoting youth talent and connecting them with global opportunities is truly commendable.”
The guests also visited COTHM’s professional kitchens and the Chocolate Academy’s Minors Summer Camp, where they interacted with students of all ages and admired the hands-on training and creativity being nurtured across the board.
The day’s celebrations underscored COTHM’s dedication to providing international exposure, industry-driven education, and a platform for Pakistani youth to shine on the world stage.
