Islamabad: The College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM), in collaboration with the Pakistan Foundation Fighting Blindness (PFFB), proudly organized the National Blind Cooking Competition 2025, a landmark initiative dedicated to inclusivity, skill-based empowerment, and culinary excellence.

Through this inspiring platform, it was proven once again that true vision is driven by talent, discipline, and determination—not physical limitations.

More than 25 visually impaired participants from across Pakistan took part in the competition. Remarkably, each contestant showcased exceptional confidence, creativity, and professionalism throughout the event.

From traditional Pakistani desi cuisines to delicately prepared sweet dishes, every dish was crafted with precision and passion. As a result, the competition stood as a strong reminder that culinary excellence transcends physical challenges.

Moreover, the event created an environment where talent was not only showcased but genuinely celebrated.
