College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) and Haleeb Foods commemorated International Milk Day with a splendid event highlighting creativity in dairy creations. Students showcased their culinary talents by crafting over 50 innovative dairy dishes using Haleeb Milk.
The event, graced by Syeda Zarmeen, Special Initiatives Head at Haleeb Foods, and attended by other esteemed team members, underscored the importance of dairy in culinary arts. Sweet Affairs Executive Chef Naeem Jamil lent his expertise as a judge, evaluating the unique flavors and presentations.
In a generous gesture, a substantial quantity of milk beverages sponsored by Haleeb and prepared by COTHM was distributed among the attendees, providing refreshments amidst the hot weather.
Participants were acknowledged certificates, and winners with cash prizes and exclusive gifts courtesy of Haleeb Foods.
