Module 4 Food Poisoning
Module 5 Personal hygiene
Module 6 The storage and temperature control of food
Module 7 Food spoilage and preservation
Module 8 The design and construction of food premises and equipment
Module 9 Cleaning and disinfection
Module 10 Pest management
Module 11 Supervision of food safety
Module 12 Food safety management systems
Module 13 Food safety legislation

On successful completion of this qualification, learners may wish to continue their development by undertaking one of the following qualifications:

  • Level 4 Award in Food Safety in Catering
  • Hospitality competency-based qualifications
