Chefs Association of Pakistan’s Executive Member and a culinary trainer at College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) Chef Hassan Arshad has proudly performed the duties of a rookie judge at the prestigious Culinaire Malaysia 2025 and the Global Chefs Challenge Asia Semi-Finals from September 23 to 26, 2025.
This remarkable achievement is not only a proud moment for him personally but also for the Chefs’ Association of Pakistan (CAP) and the College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM), as Pakistan continues to strengthen its presence on the global culinary stage.
Representing Pakistan at such a high-profile international platform gave Chef Hassan the opportunity to learn from some of the finest culinary masters from around the world. He observed global standards of culinary excellence, innovative food presentations, and the high-level professionalism that defines international competitions.


Reflecting on his experience, Chef Hassan shared his determination to pass on this knowledge and exposure to young chefs in Pakistan. He believes that empowering the next generation with international insights will help them raise the bar of culinary arts in the country, aligning Pakistan’s talent with global benchmarks.
His participation marks another milestone in CAP and COTHM’s ongoing mission to promote Pakistan’s culinary talent, open doors to international opportunities, and ensure that young chefs are well-prepared to compete and excel at world forums.
