The College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) successfully hosted a professional development program titled “Train the Trainers Session”, designed to enhance the skills of its faculty, trainers, and instructors in line with global hospitality and culinary standards.
Expert-Led Training by Worldchefs Vice President
The session was conducted by Dr. Rick Stephen, Vice President of Worldchefs Paris, who brought his extensive international expertise. He introduced innovative teaching methodologies and modern culinary techniques aimed at uplifting the quality of hospitality education in Pakistan.


Live Broadcast Across All Campuses
To ensure inclusivity, the session was broadcast live across all COTHM campuses in Pakistan. Trainers and instructors nationwide participated, benefiting from Dr. Rick Stephen’s valuable insights. Additionally, chefs from renowned eateries and hotels, an Iranian delegation, and Mel Nathan (Founder of Executive Chefs Club Australia & Publisher of Food Companion International Magazine) also joined the program.
