Specialty Coffee Association of Europe

The Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) sits at the very heart of the coffee community, where thousands of coffee professionals and enthusiasts share their knowledge and experience with one another. SCAE also offers coffee diplomas for hospitality professionals through its Coffee Diploma System: six modules across different disciplines — Green Coffee, Sensory Skills, Roasting, Brewing and Barista — each with Foundation, Intermediate and Professional levels. Points earned across any combination of modules count toward an overall diploma once a learner reaches 100.
